• Fridays: $1,500.00
• Saturdays: $2,000.00
• Sundays: $1,500.00 

 Summer
(Apr. May. Jun. Jul. Aug. Sep. Oct.)

• Weekdays: $1,000.00
• Fridays: $2,000.00
• Saturdays: $2,500.00
• Sundays: $2,000.00

Security deposit of $500.00 due at booking (Refundable after the event) There is no additional charge if a wedding ceremony is held at the site. These prices are based on 5-hour rentals, additional hours will be negotiated. * Regular weekdays, not on holidays or the day before holidays.

Additional charges:

• $ 400.00 for 2 security guards
• $ 500.00 for 2 celebrations (dual cotillions or baptisms)

• If more than 10 kids attending the event, from walking age to 12 years old.
  • $ 200.00 for 10 Additional kids, included is a babysitter
  • $ 300.00 for 20 Additional kids (30 MAXIMUM), included is a babysitter

*We will not accept more than 30 kids on our premises

Bar Package:                                                                                                                        Includes all beverages and is based off the total number of guests and is an ADDITIONAL cost to the pricing described above. $18.00 per person and subject to local alchohol tax.
