Security deposit of $500.00 due at booking (Refundable after the event) There is no additional charge if a wedding ceremony is held at the site. These prices are based on 5-hour rentals, additional hours will be negotiated. * Regular weekdays, not on holidays or the day before holidays.

Discounts:

Above prices are negotiable if less than 150 guests attending the event on Saturdays (Summer Only) and if no liquor is served, fundraisers, not for profit events, discounts are also considered.

Additional charges:

• If more than 10 kids attending the event, from walking age to 12 years old.
• $ 200.00 for 10 Additional kids, included is a babysitter
• $ 300.00 for 20 Additional kids (30 MAXIMUM), included is a babysitter
• $ 400.00 for 2 security guards
• $ 150.00 for 1 bartender
• $ 100.00 for babysitter only (if no more than 10 kids)
• $ 500.00 for 2 celebrations (dual cotillions or baptisms)
• $ 25.00 for each Bride & Groom chairs

*We will not accept more than 30 kids on our premises
